    By accessing or using the services provided by My Mind Capsule ("the Company") on its virtual workspace platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

    a. To access certain features of the virtual workspace, you may be required to create an account with My Mind Capsule. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. User Conduct

    a. You agree not to use the virtual workspace for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any way that may damage or impair the service.

    b. You are solely responsible for your conduct and the content you upload, share, or transmit on the platform. My Mind Capsule reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

    5. Intellectual Property

    a. The content on the My Mind Capsule platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws.

    b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of My Mind Capsule.

    6. Payment and Subscription

    a. Certain features of the virtual workspace may require payment. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

    b. Payments are non-refundable, and subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

    7. Termination

    My Mind Capsule reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the virtual workspace platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    My Mind Capsule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the virtual workspace platform.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    10. Changes to Terms

    My Mind Capsule reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the virtual workspace platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
